About Us
SHANTiDHAM FOUNDATION, a registered and non-profit making voluntary organization, carrying out different developmental activities for last 18 years was founded in 2004 and registered under society registration act in 2008 by a team of professionals and social activists to device and institutionalize methods which would effectively ameliorate the pathetic conditions of the marginalized and vulnerable communities in the State of Odisha. Since 2016, it is working in different Awareness Generation Campaigning, Placement assistance and promotion of hand made products of PwDs in PAN India. Now has started a new journey for the International Talent Hunt Programme for the PwDs for their Livelihoods.
It is registered under Indian Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Act-XXI) on 31st March 2008 bearing Registration No. 22742/332 of 2007-2008.
Since its inception, the emphasis was given on the holistic development of the community people and awarded IT Exemption for 12 AA and 80G Certification and also registered under NITI AAYOG and got CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION UNDER PWD ACT - 1995 from Govt. of Odisha.
From the Chief Functionary's Desk
It is a grass-roots level organization working in Odisha as well as Pan India for the various projects. During this year the organization tried to contribute its bit for the development of the rural and weaker groups.
Strategy
Without long-term strategy the best of action plans go why-wire. So to reach the objectives of the organization we have devised a comprehensive strategy to be implemented in the project area. The organization has deliberately chosen a small project area in which it works directly with the people. This was done to optimally use the scarce resources at its disposal. Our strategy for development is integrated development in a small area. Besides it has envisaged working in collaboration with local organizations on a project-to-project basis.
To make real the idea of a society consisting of free and equal citizens who are able to come together and solve the problems that affect them in their particular contexts. The commitment is to work for a paradigm of development and governance that is democratic and polyarchic.
SHANTiDHAM FOUNDATION enables people to take responsibility for the situation of the deprived Indian poor people and so motivates them to confront the situation through collective action thereby giving the poor and themselves an opportunity to realize their full potential.
To be a role model for social voluntary organizations, non-govt. organizations and community - based organizations working actively in the rural/tribal areas of Odisha and make these organizations look up to it for leadership.

Jhoom International Talents
This year's program attracts a variety of participants from Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), from across India and abroad, to take part and who possess some form of talents, with acts ranging from singing, dancing, comedy, magic, stunts, variety and other genres.

Training on Computer Literacy
The last decade has seen software technology progress at a tremendous pace. Technology has transformed modern lifestyles and has come to play a more dominant role in our day to day activities.
Training on Mobile Repairing
The cellular industry is one of the fastest growing industries in Odisha and the entire India. The era of telephones is out and now cellular phones are in. The mobile repairing course is one of the most in-demand courses among technical and vocational courses.
Farmers Awareness Training
Organic farming is the form of agriculture that relies on crop rotation, green manure, compost, biological pest control and mechanical cultivation to maintain soil productivity and control pests, excluding or strictly limiting the use of synthetic fertilisers.
Pollution Control Awareness
Pollution is defined as the addition of any substance or form of energy to the environment at a rate faster than the environment can accommodate it by dispersion, decomposition, recycling, or storage in some harmless form.
Mid-Day Lunch Programme
National Programme of Nutritional Support to Primary Education, popularly known as the Mid Day Meal Scheme was started in 1995 in an attempt to enhance enrolment, retention and attendance while simultaneously improving nutritional levels.
